Actual warranty term depends on the geographic area which apply to (refer to  Ciba Klangley chart), and the actual frequency of usage with field.

Warranty
         Artificial turf field must be installed by professional team, use the good quality material which meets the standard of All Victory. The quality guarantee does not bear the charge of removing and reinstallation.
•     Sport ground must be used the recommended yarns, and using by original design aim.
•     According to the surface condition of sport ground, select the right sport shoes.
•     Surface of sport ground should be maintenance as per the advice of supplier and sport groups.
•     It should be installed in the area which altitude below 1500 meters or 5000 feet.
•     The surface of sport field can not be deal with by automated machine and chemicals.
•     For the overuse condition of sport field, such as five-a-side football match, mini football mach, mini football pitch and etc, we will reduce the guarantee of durable capability accordingly. For the yarn of basketball court, we will not guarantee.
•     It should does best to reduce matting for yarns. If over matting for yarns when installing or after install, we will not guarantee.
•     If use infill material, the material should be high quality with sulfur content less than 2%, and up to all requirements regulated by sport organizations. (such as FIFA and UEFA).
